Animal Replicas
We define replicas as reproductions designed for both educational and play value.  They differ from toys in that they are more accurately researched and more detailed.  (Toys may be found in the Activity & Toys area.)  Our replicas are sold by leading museums and zoo. They are a great way to introduce children to the diversity of nature.  We also offer exquisite lines of animal reproductions designed primarily for display in home and office.  You will find them under Decor.  No Inquiry into the natural world is complete with real specimens. We don't have stuffed dinosaurs, but do have seashells, mounted fish, hides, furs, rugs, eggs, mounted snakes, stuffed bats and many other fascinating specimens.  For those interested in live animals, see Natural History.
Bats
Warm, fuzzy creatures to keep you company at night
Birds
Soar like an eagle or waddle like a duck.

Insects
We use the title somewhat generically as this section includes other arthropods (animals with external skeletons) such as scorpions and spiders.  Great selection of butterflies.
Prehistoric
Dinosaurs dominate the landscape, but also includes other prehistoric animals, such as the so-called "sea monsters."  Even later geological periods are represented by Neanderthal man, the mammoth and other mammals of the period.

Reptiles
Slithery, but sweet snakes.  Rapturous reptiles, terrible turtles, lazy lizards and even one of those mean white alligators that reportedly live in the sewers of New York.
Sea Life
Large selections of whales, sharks and fish plus lots of unique critters - like the exotic fish that lives in the far depths of the ocean, life size sea turtles, and much, much more.

Wildlife
Everything from the exotic wild cats to furry bears, wolves, and primates.  Special sections on African Wildlife and zoo animals.
Action Figures
are listed under Activities and Toys, but we've provided a link here so that you can find people to play with your replicas.
