80X-1200X Zoom Microscope
This new student microscope has a sturdy mount, good lens, and is loaded with features.  A 10X-20X zoom eyepieces operates in conjunction with 8X, 20X and 60X objectives lens on a rotating turret to produce magnifications from 80X to 1200 X.  Specimens may be lit from either above or below the stage.  Above through the use of a Pen Lite mounted on the arm of the unit.  Below, by a plano mirror, which may be flipped over to utilize the electric bulb on the other side.  It's projector hood may be used to project images on (1) a screen for individual or group viewing, (2) on a wall for large viewing , or (3) on a table or desk for tracing.  Special camera holder permits mounting a disposable camera (not included) to photograph specimens through the microscope.  Neatly contained in a convenient carrying and storage case, the discovery tools include blank slides, prepared slides, cover slips, blank labels, gum media, sea salt, brine shrimp eggs, shrimp hatchery, eyedropper, color filter, condenser lens, spatula, scalpel, tweezers, test tubes, test tube holder, Petri dishes, butterfly specimen, tweezers and magnifier.  A condenser lens for concentrating light and a a spare bulb are also included.  Uses two "AAA" batteries, not included.
